$10,000 Sign on Bonus for RN / $8,000 Sign-on Bonus for LPN

LPN or RN | New Bedford, MA (Just 35 minutes South of Taunton, MA)

• Supervise nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations and guidelines governing long‑term care.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the organization.
• Assure the implementation of resident care plans.
• Conduct assessments and care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility.
• Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families and visitors.
• Communicate effectively with all disciplines.
• Keep DON informed of any changes in resident condition.
• Review, investigate and document incidents/accidents properly.

• Registered Nurse (LPN or RN) in the State of Massachusetts, preferred.
• Experience in nurse management, supervision, or charge nurse roles.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care facility preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Compassion, tolerance, and understanding for older adults.
