Vibra Hospital of SE Massachusetts, located in New Bedford, MA, is a 90-bed critical care hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The hospital seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team for 8 and 12 hour shifts.

Vibra Hospital is a specialized facility focusing on trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. The environment is fast-paced and friendly, allowing caregivers to build lasting relationships with patients and families.

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Support licensed nursing personnel by providing and documenting care, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Employ basic infection control procedures and basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
• Recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• Current valid certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant / Nursing Aide in the state of employment (preferred).
• Experience or enrollment in a nursing program with at least one clinical rotation (preferred).
• Acute care/LTAC experience (preferred).
• Professional image, knowledge of regulatory standards, strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Independent decision-making when warranted.
• Computer proficiency with essential software applications.
• No illegal drug or alcohol use in the workplace.
