About the role:

To take care of patients in the nursing home setting. Long-term care and skilled patients. Working with an MD, diagnosing, treating, and coordinating the care of these patients. We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated and caring provider who's passionate about delivering the highest level of care possible for their patients. The coverage is mainly Monday
- Friday position.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) software
  • Ability to learn/stay up to date on relevant practices
  • Critical thinking is needed when issues or concerns arise with patients and families of patients
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and with a high degree of accuracy
Preferred qualifications:
  • Post acute care/ skilled nursing facility experience
