Innovive Health is seeking a Weekend Baylor RN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home, delivering patient-centered care with autonomy and strong team support.
Schedule includes Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Monday for 4 hours of follow-ups and documentation. Active RN license, CPR, and a BSN with 1 year (or ASN with 2 years) are required; home health experience is preferred. Driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must.
