Life Stream is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Massachusetts to support individuals with disabilities at home and in the community. A current LPN license, valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and the ability to pass screening are required. Starting pay is $36/hour with weekend differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
No prior experience is required to qualify. Shifts include day and evening options to accommodate staff needs.
