You’ll provide quality nursing care while working with a collaborative team focused on resident safety, recovery, and quality of life.

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct nursing care based on individual resident needs
• Monitor resident condition and respond to changes in status
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
• Build positive relationships with residents and families

What you’ll bring:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable approach to resident care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay:
$45-$50 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings, including shift-based pay enhancements. Base pay is determined by experience, with opportunities to earn higher rates based on shift, schedule, and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
