PRN Licensed Practical Nurse

Snap Care is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care at partner facilities in New Bedford, MA. In this flexible, per-diem role, you will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, provide treatments, and document care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. You'll collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per physician orders
• Perform focused nursing assessments and monitor patient condition, reporting changes promptly
• Document care, observations, and interventions in electronic medical records accurately and timely
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions as appropriate
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
