Lance Soft is seeking an experienced registered nurse for adult and adolescent inpatient psychiatry. Floating assignments are required across units, with BLS, ACLS and CPI certifications expected.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years in inpatient psych care, experience with restraint reduction de-escalation and crisis intervention, and a BSN degree. This is a full-time on-site role in Massachusetts.
