  • Ensure all system changes are properly documented, reviewed for regulatory impact, and implemented in compliance with applicable requirements and internal policies.
  • Verify that no unauthorized system modifications have occurred during periodic site inspections.
  • Conduct semi‑annual on‑site inspections of each CEMS to verify system configuration, maintenance practices, and documentation accuracy.
  • Confirm ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and Reworld standards.
  • Provide regular regional status reports summarizing system performance, data availability, and significant non‑routine events affecting CEMS operation.
  • Promptly notify the CEMS/Testing Department of any issues that could impact system accuracy, data availability, or the ability to perform scheduled audits or regulatory testing.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action development for significant CEMS events.
