What You Will Be DoingWe are seeking a Team Leader I, Quality to oversee quality control operations across all production shifts. This role ensures adherence to product specifications and standards by managing quality assurance and sample inspection teams, coordinating with cross‑functional departments, and supporting new product introductions. Responsibilities include processing quality orders, analyzing data trends, leading continuous improvement initiatives, delivering quality training, and resolving production quality issues.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
- BS in STEM, Business, or Operations Management
- OR AS in STEM with 2+ years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing
- OR 5+ years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing
- Proven leadership of teams or groups
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
- Experience in training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Occasional travel for facility support, trade shows, seminars, and training
- Regular presence in manufacturing environments with exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Knowledge of SPC and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Experience working with CI teams

Pay Range: $73,499.00-$91,795.00
