Provide support for the Retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department including Cashier Duties set up all stations and perform positions, break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized;
Clean and sanitize equipment, and food surfaces according to procedures;
Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale;
Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions;
Performs other reasonable duties as assigned
