Sales Associate - Chestnut Hill

Summary

Represent the brand through in-store and virtual client interactions, acting as a brand ambassador and delivering high standards of service. Drive sales and client retention through proactive clienteling, while maintaining visual standards, inventory accuracy, and store operations.

• Provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance to clients and support the try-on and selection process.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and thank-you communications.
• Achieve and where possible exceed monthly sales targets and proactively pursue opportunities to increase sales.
• Fulfill key-holder duties including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures.
• Manage client book, cash wrap, and register systems; perform shipping and receiving and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory, assist with special projects, and ensure accurate merchandise organization.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation standards are consistently maintained.
• Follow company policies, uniform and grooming standards, and use payroll/timekeeping systems (Ulti Pro) as required.

• Retail sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with POS/register systems and basic cash handling experience.
• Strong product knowledge of shoes and accessories and the ability to learn brand terminology.
• Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, and back-of-house duties.
• Excellent communication and clienteling skills, including follow-up by phone and email.
• Flexible availability for retail hours and ability to perform key-holder responsibilities.
