Job Information
Pay structure is hourly plus commission with bonus opportunities. $60,000 to $150,000+ annually based on performance. The more you push, the more you earn—sky is the limit.
Responsibilities- Welcome customers with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Learn what they need (and sometimes what they didn't know they needed)
- Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and run test drives
- Guide customers through a smooth, transparent buying process
- Deliver vehicles fully prepped, explained, and celebrated
- Build relationships that turn into repeat customers and referrals
You will work closely with a tight-knit Sales Team, a supportive Management Team, and F&I and Service teams that have your back.
Candidate ProfileYou might be perfect for this role if you are self‑motivated and driven to succeed, a natural communicator who connects easily with people, passionate about customer service, professional and polished in appearance and attitude, ready to learn (automotive experience is a plus but not required!), and holding a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Reporting StructureYou’ll report directly to the General Sales Manager but receive support and guidance from the GSM and General Manager.
Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, and interaction with customers. Regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment with consistent use of phone, email, and CRM systems.
