WEST Springfield Costco Sales Rep Starting $22-$24​/Hr PLUS DAILY BONUS

Job Summary

We are hiring brand ambassadors for West Springfield Costco to promote and sell nutritional supplements, including Qunol & Zena products.

• Encourage sales and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of products such as Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ
  10, and Turmeric.
• Maintain a professional and engaging presence in-store.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Attend scheduled compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
• Document and report daily sales results.

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Proficiency with email and basic computer or mobile device skills.

• Starting at $22–25 per hour plus bonus based on surpassing sales quotas.
• W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly direct‑deposit paychecks.
• Promotional kit provided; average earnings $200–$300 per day, top ambassadors earning $300+ per day.

• Sell 20 units of Liquid Turmeric: $60 commission.
• Sell 20 units of Liquid Collagen: $60 commission.
• Sell 5 units of Liquid CoQ
  10: $15 commission.
• One day / 7 hours at $25/hour plus commission equals $310 total (≈$44 per hour).

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, including a 2′×4′ folding table and demonstration supplies.
• Stand for extended stretches of time.
• Work independently without direct supervision as the sole team member per location.

• Regular shifts from 10 am to 5:30 pm, 2–4 days per week.
• All days available; weekends are the best commission days.
