Top performers in this role have earned over $120,000 annually with unlimited earning potential at Regency Furniture. We help our leaders unlock their earning potential through four performance-based incentives and bonuses:
- Guaranteed hourly rate & base pay
- Commission on personal sales paid biweekly
- Monthly bonus on personal sales
- Overall store performance bonus monthly
Retail sales or leadership experience required (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS!) Bilingual candidates are a PLUS! Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills Proven ability to drive results and create a high-performance culture Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours
