Sales Director

A well-established and growing visual communications company is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a team of sales professionals, support key client relationships, oversee marketing initiatives, and drive continued growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader or a successful senior sales professional ready to take the next step into leadership. Industry experience in large-format printing, signage, graphics, or visual communications is preferred but not required.

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team.
• Conduct monthly sales meetings and drive sales performance.
• Manage select key accounts and support business development efforts.
• Oversee marketing activities, including website updates and email campaigns.
• Serve as the primary liaison between sales and operations to ensure exceptional customer service and project execution.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture.

• Proven sales success with leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Experience in printing, signage, visual communications, marketing services, or a related industry is a plus.
