Position Summary:We are hiring a motivated Inside Sales professional to support our customers and outside sales team. This customer-facing role is responsible for responding to inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating with our sales team and helping customers identify the right solutions for their needs.
You will support a diverse range of products, including:
- Printed Circuit Boards
- Battery Packs
- CNC Machining
- HMI Systems
This is a full-time, in-office position based in New Bedford MA.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret specifications and plans to determine optimal product solutions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive proposals and quotations.
- Provide technical support to customers and outside sales team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up to secure orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through expert product knowledge and responsive service.
- In addition to core responsibilities, employees are expected to assist with other tasks necessary for department or company success

- Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience.
- Prior experience with electric schematics, production data processing with PCB fabrication knowledge a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
