Outside Sales Representative

Our client is a well-established, 100+ year old distributor and service provider of commercial fluid-handling and pumping systems, trusted by facility managers and building owners throughout New England. With a large, loyal existing customer base and growing service demand, they are expanding their aftermarket sales team to better support their installed base of accounts.

• Own an Existing Book
  :
  Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of active service accounts, maintaining a consistent in-person visit cadence with facility managers and property owners.
• Sell Service and Repair Solutions: Convert inspection findings into quoted repair, replacement, and upgrade opportunities, partnering with an internal sales engineering team on quote development.
• Build Trusted Relationships: Serve as a technical resource and trusted advisor to customers, representing the company at trade shows, factory visits, and industry events.

• 5+ years of outside sales experience, or 3+ years of outside sales combined with hands-on mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or pump service experience.
• Working knowledge of pumping equipment, mechanical systems, or commercial building operations strongly preferred; experience selling service agreements or recurring-revenue offerings is a plus.
• Comfortable in physically demanding field environments (mechanical rooms, rooftops, confined spaces), with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Field-based role covering the Greater Boston and New England area, with daily travel throughout the assigned territory.
