Summary
The Commission Sales Associate guides and inspires customers while creating a welcoming, engaging shopping experience. This role builds lasting client relationships in store and online through gracious service, fashion knowledge, and personalized styling.
Responsibilities- Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online experiences while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology and knowledge of loyalty programs.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including fulfillment, floor upkeep, and fitting room upkeep.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
