Temporary Painter​/Exterior Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior painting tasks including scraping, sanding, caulking, and surface preparation
• Apply paint and finishes to various surfaces with attention to quality and detail
• Conduct window glazing and sealing as needed
• Safely use ladders and work at heights in compliance with safety standards
• Assist with roof flashing projects, including measuring, cutting, and installing materials
• Operate hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and screw guns
• Transport, carry, and lift tools, materials, and equipment as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Proficiency with hand tools and basic carpentry skills
• Ability to measure, cut, and work with construction materials

The starting salary for this position is $15.50 - $19.40 and may increase to $23.85 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
