As we expand in Dorchester, you will harness your technical expertise to ensure equipment performance and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include facilitating setup, conducting preventative maintenance, and driving improvements collaboratively. The role is perfect for a self‑motivated individual with a strong problem‑solving aptitude.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in setup and commissioning of production equipment
- Perform regular maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues
- Propose enhancements for safety and efficiency
- Maintain safety standards in tool and equipment use
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial environments
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with installation and commissioning beneficial
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance preferred
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
