• execute residential remodeling projects from conception to completion.
• collaborate with clients to understand their vision and offer design recommendations.
• perform carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and flooring tasks.
• ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
• maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
• communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors.
• manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• must have exstensive knowledge of exterior and inteore remodels we are a one stop shop we oarte home builders we do multiple task during the week we are not one deminenal

• proven experience in home remodeling or construction.
• strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
• ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor.
• relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
