C.P. Bourg Incorporated serves as our North, South and Central America headquarters has immediate employment opportunities for a National Service Technician / Field Service Specialist

National Service Technicians / Field Service Specialists are responsible for providing technical product support including product installation, operator training, technical training, phone support and trouble / escalation support. These services encompass our full line of product offerings including Inline and Offline feeding, binding and booklet making products sold through our print partners and dealers.

Position Requirements – Experience and Qualifications

Candidates must have;

• A solid technical background including electrical and mechanical processes.
• Printing industry background with a working knowledge of digital printers preferred
• A solid understanding of Windows based application software
• Must have a valid Driver’s license and current Passport
• The ability to travel 50% to customer sites in North, South and Central America
• Must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment
• Must have the ability to thrive in an autonomous, efficient, and business-minded workplace
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted

Education Requirements

• Associate Degree in technology field, Electronics preferred with certifications or equivalent experience
• International Society of Certified Electronics (ISCET), CET and CSR preferred
