Venture Solar is hiring a Residential Solar Installer to join the installation team. You will mount and assemble racking and modules on pitched roofs, set the structural layout of the solar array, and assist with conduit runs under supervision. A valid driver’s license and comfort with heights are required.
We emphasize safety, physical stamina, and a “get it done right” attitude. This is a full-time role with overtime opportunities and benefits as part of the crew.
