Old Colony Y in New Bedford, MA seeks a Full Time Direct Care Staff for a 16-20 year old group home. Under supervision, the Youth Care Advocate provides safe, professional care, enforces policies, and serves as a positive role model to help clients reach their potential.
The role covers 24-hour staffing, intake/discharge procedures, crisis intervention, meal and laundry duties, documentation, and potential use of a personal vehicle with reimbursement. 40 hours/week, pay $15.50–$17.82 per hour.
