All screens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Housing Support Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to customers in supported accommodation. You will promote independence and tenancy sustainment while coordinating with health professionals and partner agencies.
You will respond to safeguarding concerns, maintain records, and work 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends. DBS enhancement is required, driving licence desirable for travel between sites.
