- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with real‑world sensor data.
- NVIDIA Isaac or robotics simulation tooling.
- Builders who care deeply about model quality, metrics, and validation.
- Startup‑style ownership inside a public company.
- 20,000+ sq ft robotics lab for hands‑on experimentation.
- Systems deployed globally at scale.
