Computer Systems Analyst

Work with clients to determine the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address. Coordinate and link computer systems within an organization to improve compatibility and data sharing. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Work on incremental deliveries, including rapid analysis and resolution of critical issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, or equivalent foreign education plus 2 years of experience as a Computer Software Professional. Applicants who hold 2 years of experience in the offered job or as a Computer Software Professional will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Salary: $79,000 per year.

Location:

Woburn, MA and various U.S. locations. Must travel/relocate for long and short-term assignments at client sites. EOE.

Design, develop, and implement software applications. Review, evaluate, and test client/server and web applications. Fine-tune and test applications. Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design systems and gather information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces. Work with technologies such as Oracle and SQL.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, or equivalent foreign education plus 5 years of experience, or Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience. Salary: $128,000 per year.
