Mastering the Middle Mile

As a Sortation Warehouse Associate you group and route thousands of packages so they reach the correct local delivery hubs quickly. The job is fast‑paced and highly team‑oriented.

The Sortation Experience

Work in a sort center is fundamentally different from a traditional fulfillment role. You handle sealed, completed packages that move rapidly on conveyor belts, relying on teammates to keep the supply chain flowing.

Responsibilities

Rapid Package Routing: Read complex digital routing labels, pull packages from the line and sort them into specific chutes or postal carts.

Pallet Architecture: Build stable, tightly packed pallets of boxes, then shrink‑wrap them to prevent damage.

Fluid Loading Operations: Use manual pallet jacks to transport wrapped pallets into the bellies of outbound 18‑wheeler semi‑trailers for over‑the‑road drivers.
