Your role
As a Warehouse Associate, your mission is to support daily warehouse and material flow operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of inventory throughout the facility. This role supports manufacturing operations through picking, replenishment, receiving, inventory control, shipping support, and warehouse organization while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will report to the Warehouse Team Leader.
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential for regular employment based on business needs and individual performance. The scheduled shift for this position is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
You will- Accurately pick, stage, and deliver materials for manufacturing production orders and KANBAN replenishment.
- Perform inventory transactions within SAP and other warehouse management systems.
- Support receiving, put-away, stock transfers, and shipping preparation activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, location verification, and proper material handling practices.
- Identify and communicate material shortages, discrepancies, damaged inventory, or BOM-related concerns.
- Ensure materials are stored in proper warehouse locations following FIFO and inventory control standards.
- Support production and logistics teams with urgent material requests and changing operational priorities.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 6S standards.
- Follow all safety procedures related to pedestrian traffic, forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput efficiency, waste reduction, and process optimization.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience using SAP or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment preferred.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, work procedures, and effectively collaborate with team members.

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs if required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working in warehouse and shop floor environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to work in high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, bend and reach.
- Ability to safely operate handling equipment (forklift, order picker) if certified.
- Participation and completion for required training modules.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position requires frequent computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- This position may require occasional travel for less than 5% of the position.
