Position: Administrative & Office Support Supervisor
Location: New Berlin
Job SummaryThe Administrative & Office Support Supervisor provides essential support to the division’s daily operations, assisting leaders, managing communications, organizing events, and performing a wide range of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support- Assist in carrying out division responsibilities and initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Use sound judgment in handling complex clerical and administrative tasks.
- Prepare, maintain, check, compare, and file statements, reports, tabulations, and other departmental documents.
- Prepare summaries or reports in written or typed form as needed.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties incidental to department operations.
- Maintain and update holiday and vacation schedules.
- Assist leaders with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Locate and attach appropriate files or records to correspondence requiring leader response.
- Compose and route routine correspondence, records, and files.
- Assist in preparing and distributing division-wide communications.
- Manage social media accounts to support division branding, engagement, and communication goals.
- Plan and organize meetings, cultural events, team building activities, and other special events.
- Maintain strong working relationships across the division.
- Provide flexible support to leaders and teams as needs evolve.
- Some travel is required.
- Proven experience in administrative, coordination, or office support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office Suite and common business platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
