Senior Manager, Business Operations

• Lead a team to execute purchasing and logistics strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products.
• Ensure execution in accordance with company and Procurement team instructions and procedures.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to ensure suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements.
• Monitor and report on operational performance KPIs and process improvement projects.
• Implement SCM strategies that support material availability targets and ensure on‑time delivery to customers.
• Build alignment between supply‑chain operations and the project management office to ensure material availability at project sites.
• Lead improvement of data analytics capabilities and system development for SCM operations.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices and foster a data‑driven culture.
• Guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies and Company Procurement guidelines.
• Drive improvement in cost, quality, and delivery in accordance with Motion Services division objectives.

Work model:
Hybrid. Motion Service Division, New Berlin, WI.

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience.
• Education in Operations, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
• Progressive experience in Supply Chain (highly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multi‑cultural and international environment with standard operating procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactivity, teamwork skills, continuous improvement mindset, result orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and ability to perform complex analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Query (preferred) and Power
  
  BI.
