They are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize roofing and building envelope consulting services. Based in Wisconsin, this role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge and a passion for operational excellence. The Operations Manager will oversee field operations, manage project delivery, mentor staff, and ensure services consistently meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations for roofing and building envelope projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Supervise and support field staff including Construction Observers and Project Managers fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee quality assurance protocols and ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations
• Collaborate with senior leadership on resource planning, budgeting, and strategic growth initiatives
• Review and approve field documentation including daily reports, photographs, and technical observations
• Serve as a technical resource for complex roofing and envelope issues supporting risk mitigation and long-term building performance
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem solving

• Extensive experience in roofing systems, building envelope consulting, or construction management with commercial experience preferred
• Proven leadership in managing teams and operations within a technical consulting or construction environment
• Strong understanding of building science, construction methods, and quality assurance practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with drafting practices with knowledge of AutoCAD and report writing tools as a plus
• Valid driver's license in good standing and insurability under company policy
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
• Professional registration through IIBEC such as RRO or RRC is strongly preferred
