We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial design‑build projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality.

Location: New Berlin, WI
Job Type: Full‑Time
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project life cycle.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and pay applications.
- Lead Owner‑Architect‑Contractor (OAC) meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Monitor project costs, schedule, safety, and quality.
- Oversee closeout, punch lists, and warranty.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor required.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Design‑Build project experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, building codes, and contract documents, with a thorough understanding of all phases of commercial construction.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar platforms).
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
