📦✨ Customer Experience Coordinator

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but here's what you can expect:

  • Be the friendly first voice customers hear by running introductory and pre‑move counseling calls
  • Manage all pre‑move and day‑of‑move communication with customers
  • Keep customers informed, calm, and confident through clear phone and email communication
  • Handle day‑to‑day customer service needs like a champ
  • Maintain detailed, accurate move notes and records across multiple systems
  • Process customer files to ensure smooth moves and positive revenue
  • Jump in to support teammates whenever needed (teamwork makes the dream work!)
  • Stay curious‑learn, grow, and help others grow along the way
  • Tackle other tasks that help keep operations running smoothly

🎓 Experience We're Looking For
  • High School diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in related customer service field
  • Experience with move management systems (Movers Suite, Quotes to Go) is a plus
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
