This position reports to:
Customer Experience Business Lead - OEM

ABB Motion Drive Products in New Berlin, WI is hiring a Customer Care Representative to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/profile to the internal and external customers. You will collaborate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and to improve customer satisfaction.

The work model for the role is:
Hybrid #LI-Hybrid in New Berlin, WI.

• Ensures the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management and other internal or external teams.
• Recommends appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinates with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoices, etc.) is in place.
• Keeps the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifies their doubts, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
• Prepares and analyzes regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting additional relevant information. Also tracks regular sales performance against the target and shares insights with management.

• 3+ years of experience in customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong professionalism and sense of urgency, ability to multitask.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

• Previous experience supporting inside and outside sales departments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and SAP.
• Previous electronics manufacturing experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
