ACS Group, based in New Berlin, WI, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage parts orders, RMAs, and BOM research for Customer support. This role requires coordinating with engineering to identify correct replacement parts and using MRP to generate quotes for customers.
The candidate will follow up on quotes, answer technical questions, and support marketing programs to expand the parts business. Prior call center experience and strong customer relations are preferred.
