Job Description Position Summary

The Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in building a culture of continuous learning and employee growth across PPC Partners, Inc. This individual will support the development, deployment, facilitation, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs that help attract, grow, and retain talent across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people development, energized by facilitation, and excited to create meaningful learning experiences that drive real business impact. The Learning & Development Specialist will partner closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and the broader L&D team to deliver engaging programs for both field and professional employees.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, organized, engaging in front of a room, highly collaborative, and eager to continue growing their own skills and career within Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities Program Development & Design
  • Support the design and development of engaging learning experiences aligned to business priorities and employee development needs
  • Assist in creating instructor‑led, blended, experiential, and technology‑enabled learning programs for field and professional employees
  • Apply modern learning theories, instructional design practices, and current talent development trends to create impactful learner experiences
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content development, learner engagement, personalization, efficiency, and scalability
  • Develop and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, activities, job aids, and supporting resources
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate operational knowledge into effective learning experiences
  • Incorporate adult learning principles and practical application into all learning solutions
  • Continuously evaluate and refresh content to ensure programs remain relevant, engaging, and impactful
Program Ownership & Continuous Improvement
  • Measure program effectiveness through participant feedback, engagement metrics, observations, and business outcomes
  • Analyze evaluation data and recommend improvements to content, delivery, and learner experience
  • Stay informed on evolving learning trends, AI capabilities, facilitation strategies, and workforce development best practices to continuously enhance programming
  • Help identify opportunities to scale and improve enterprise learning offerings
  • Support ongoing enhancement of learning experiences to ensure they are practical, impactful, and aligned to organizational goals
Qualifications
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience leading adult learning experiences
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learner engagement techniques, and modern instructional design practices
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore innovative learning approaches, emerging technologies, and AI‑enabled development tools
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current on industry trends and best practices in Learning & Development
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, education, facilitation, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience designing or supporting learning programs, workshops, or employee development initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
