Job Purpose / Summary
Assist clients in achieving fitness goals through individualized exercise programs, one‑on‑one training, and small group or large group classes. Provide outstanding customer service and meet monthly revenue targets.
Must maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings between 4 pm and 8 pm, early mornings starting at 5 am, and Saturdays.
- Assess clients and develop safe, effective training programs.
- Deliver personal training sessions and group classes (small to large).
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Achieve revenue goals set by the Fitness Director.
- Maintain a safe, clean training environment.
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of personal training experience (preferred, willing to train).
- Personal Training Certification or related credential required.
- CPR/AED Certification preferred.
Support maintenance of building, equipment, floors, and grounds. Flexible daytime or nighttime shifts. Suitable for retirees or individuals with mechanical aptitude.
- Maintain fitness equipment, floors, and surrounding areas.
- Assist with building and grounds upkeep.
- Adapt to day or night shifts as needed.
Handle member inquiries, enforce policies, and manage membership front‑desk operations. Must be highly friendly, able to multitask, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Provide superior customer service at the front desk.
- Manage member inquiries and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Part‑time nights and weekends positions available.
Immediate opening. 2‑3 days per week with weekend availability required.
- Shift: 11 – 2 pm on weekdays; 12 – 3 pm on weekends.
- Perform cleaning duties in the men’s locker room.
- All positions include paid training and a free club membership with qualified hours.
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
Responsibility for aquatics facility safety and rule enforcement. Certification required (on‑site certification available for non‑certified applicants).
- Ensure safety of club members in the swimming area.
- Enforce aquatics rules and guidelines.
- Participate in continuing education and certification.
Various roles from sandwich artist to coffee/smoothie bar service to internal bar supervision.
- Morning Opener (7:30 am–12:00 pm):
Serve Subway sandwiches, coffee, and smoothies. Approve customer orders. - Bartender and Bar Supervisor (late night):
Serve at indoor bar, close, and supervise. Requires bartending license. - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Free club membership with qualified hours, employee meals, compensation, and opportunity for tips.
