This position reports to the Automation Manager.

The Process Engineering Lead oversees a team of process engineers and document specialists, ensuring consistent execution, standardization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The role mentors and trains team members, drives process effectiveness, and aligns engineering practices with strategic production goals. It maintains high‑performance production lines, integrates new products, and ensures quality and capacity targets are met.

Onsite. This role contributes to the Smart Process Design Team in New Berlin, WI, reporting to the Smart Process Design Manager.

• Lead and support a team of process engineers and document specialists.
• Ensure standardization of manufacturing processes, documentation, and best practices for current and new products.
• Oversee training, development, and technical support for process engineering staff.
• Monitor and improve overall line performance, balance, and capacity while ensuring effective execution of PFMEA, CTQs, and quality initiatives.

• Immersed in modern manufacturing process and strategic engineering practices.
• 7+ years of manufacturing and leadership experience.
• Enhanced knowledge of lean manufacturing, process standardization, line balance & capacity, PFMEA, and quality initiatives.
• Passionate about driving change through innovation and collaboration.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
• Strong communication skills in a team environment.
• American citizen or holding a valid US visa/work permit.
