Automation Manager

The Automation Engineer supports the development and implementation of industrial automation systems, contributing to the design, programming, and integration of control technologies across manufacturing operations. This role offers hands‑on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and database connectivity, while also providing exposure to advanced technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence in smart manufacturing environments.

Work model: Onsite

Role is part of the Smart Process Design Team in New Berlin, WI. You will report to the Smart Process Design Manager.

• PLC programming and SCADA system design
• Control system & robot integration and troubleshooting
• Data acquisition and database connectivity
• Industry 4.0 initiatives including IoT and smart analytics

You will join a high performing automation team as part of a larger Smart Process Design Team.

• Immersed in modern manufacturing and automation processes
• At least 2+ years in automation and manufacturing
• Enhanced knowledge of automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Passionate about driving change through innovation and collaboration
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Robotics, or Manufacturing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• American citizen or currently hold a US visa/work permit
