This position reports to the Smart Process Design Manager and is part of the Smart Process Design Team in New Berlin, WI. The role is on‑site.

• Assist senior engineers with PLC programming and SCADA system design.
• Support control system and robot integration and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on data acquisition and database connectivity.
• Participate in Industry 4.0 initiatives including IoT and smart analytics.

• 2+ years of experience in automation and manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Passion for driving change through innovation and collaboration.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Robotics, or Manufacturing.
• American citizen or current U.S. work permit holder.
