** Junior Applications & Project Engineer
** to join our growing team and help bring innovative products from concept to this role, you'll collaborate across departments, support new product launches, coordinate prototypes, and work closely with customers to ensure project success. What You'll Do:
Analyze customer drawings and specifications to evaluate manufacturing feasibility.
Support prototype development, manufacturing, and procurement activities.
Coordinate APQP activities and drive successful new product launches.
Work directly with customers to understand and achieve product requirements.
Assist with project planning, tracking, budgets, and milestone management.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to keep projects moving forward.
Provide technical support for new products and manufacturing processes.
Help resolve customer quality concerns and support corrective actions.
Track action items, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results.
