Automation Manager

The Automation Engineer supports the development and implementation of industrial automation systems, contributing to the design, programming, and integration of control technologies across manufacturing operations. This role offers hands‑on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and database connectivity, while also providing exposure to advanced technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence in smart manufacturing environments.

Onsite

This role is contributing to the Smart Process Design Team in New Berlin, WI. You will report to the Smart Process Design Manager.

• Assist senior engineers in PLC programming and SCADA system design
• Support control system & robot integration and troubleshooting
• Collaborate on data acquisition and database connectivity
• Participate in Industry 4.0 initiatives including IoT and smart analytics

You will join a high performing automation team as part of a larger Smart Process Design Team.

• You are immersed in modern manufacturing and automation processes
• Experience of 2+ years in Automation and Manufacturing
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, and industry 4.0 initiatives
• Passionate about driving change through innovation and collaboration
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Robotics, or Manufacturing
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• American citizen or currently hold a US VISA / work permit
