Electrical Install Engineer

Function as the primary electrical install engineer at both site and office, providing daily technical supervision and guidance to electrical and mechanical engineers, technicians, craft, and other workers. Implement the Installation Supervisor's electrical objectives and processes at the customer's site, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards. Collaborate with the project manager to establish on-site installation work requirements, determine resource and equipment needs, and develop plans to keep customer acceptance and project milestones moving forward.

Review daily installation tasks and work activities to ensure they stay on schedule and meet quality and safety expectations. Write detailed, step-by-step installation procedures based on hoist installation activities, ensuring clarity and consistency for field execution. Design and build all required electrical cabinets and temporary power panels needed to successfully perform the installation, based on the tools and equipment required for the project.

This is a contract to hire position based out of New Berlin, WI. The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $48.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
