Position: New Product Introduction (NPI) Applications Engineer
Start Your Next Chapter in Engineering Picture your first week: you’re walking the production floor, reviewing a new customer print, and sketching a path to turn a clever idea into a manufacturable part. By afternoon, you’re coordinating a prototype build, syncing with suppliers, and updating a launch plan so our customer hits their deadline. That’s the rhythm of New Product Introduction here—hands-on, cross-functional, and customer-facing.

Day-in-the-Life Each day blends technical analysis with project leadership. You’ll translate requirements into action, align engineering and manufacturing, and keep stakeholders moving in lockstep. When a question pops up from a customer or a quality concern surfaces, you’ll dig in, find root causes, and help implement durable fixes—keeping timelines and budgets intact.

What You'll Tackle Interpret customer drawings and specifications to determine manufacturing feasibility.

Guide prototype development and support related manufacturing and procurement activities.

Coordinate APQP deliverables and steer new product launches to a successful start.

Work directly with customers to clarify and achieve product requirements.

Assist with project planning, schedule tracking, budget oversight, and milestone management.

Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to maintain project momentum.

Provide technical support for new products and production processes.

Help resolve customer quality issues and contribute to corrective actions.

Maintain action lists, surface risks early, and drive teams to hit deadlines.

Why You'll Love It Here Hands-on access to state-of-the-art equipment.

Real opportunities to expand your skillset and grow your career.

A family-oriented culture that values teamwork and integrity.

Stable, full-time role with 25+ years of continuous company growth.

Fun employee events all year—company picnics; baseball, football, and soccer outings; and team activities.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance with a generous company contribution.

Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance.
401(k) with a generous company match.

Paid vacation and sick time.

Paid holidays.

What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Strong organization and project coordination abilities.

Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Self-starter who works well independently and on a team.

A bias for action, urgency, and results.
