**** Patient Access Representative**, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for children and their families during some of their most important moments. Your work ensures that every patient is registered accurately and compassionately — setting the stage for excellent care.##  
** What You’ll Do
*** Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
* Gather and verify demographic and insurance information with accuracy and care.
* Complete patient registrations following established guidelines.
* Help prevent billing delays by ensuring clean, error‑free accounts.
* Maintain fast, precise data entry in a busy, fast‑moving environment.
* Collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently.
* Provide age‑appropriate service to the diverse patient population we serve.##  
** What You Bring
*** High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
* At least
** 1 year of customer service experience**.
* Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
* Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
* A calm, positive presence even on busy days.
* A commitment to our mission, values, and the families we serve.##
