Production Supervisor

Overview

Production Supervisor - Trulite is growing and we are looking for a Production Supervisor based at our New Berlin location. This role is not open for submissions from outside staffing agencies.

A successful Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing department operates at peak efficiency while continuously seeking to improve output. They oversee and conduct training for new team members, provide feedback, and develop their team. The person filling this position must be adaptable to changing business environments and departmental needs, as well as interdepartmental, general business, and customer communication and confidentiality.

This is a Salary Exempt position and reports directly to the Plant Manager.

$65,000 – $75,000

• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures.
• Experience leading a diverse workforce.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Partner with leadership team and human resources to address complaints and resolve problems.
