Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour (includes $500 Sign‑On Bonus, additional overtime available)
Work week: 3-4 days per week (alternating) with Day and Night shifts.
- Day Shift: 6:50 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:50 PM – 7:00 AM

The Material Handler/Forklift Driver will be responsible for facilitating the movement and inventory control of the material flow while achieving efficient and safe material handling of raw materials and finished goods.
Responsibilities- Replenishes production floor with raw materials based on report requirements.
- Remove finished goods from production lines in real time using RF technology and place in designated areas.
- Sequencing material flow based on production schedule/throughput.
- Records all inventory movements accurately in real time using RF technology.
- Complete all daily fork/grab/dock‑lock reports accurately as required.
- Assure all product is received, stored, transported, and organized accurately and without damage.
- Operate material handling equipment to load, unload, and move material and assist with logistical need such as inbound, outbound, and raw material off and on trailers between facilities.
- Assist in regular cycle counting schedule and annual physical inventory as required.
- Follow all safety procedures to keep a clean area in our active, fast‑paced, team environment.
- Communicate openly with coaches and teammates in a positive manner.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned and contribute to improvements.
- Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies.
- High School diploma or GED; must be 18 years or older.
- At least two years of material handling experience with emphasis on inventory control.
- Minimum of one year of forklift experience, specifically loading and unloading bulk materials.
- Familiarity with RF handheld computers.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team and exhibit excellent decision‑making skills.
- Demonstrated capability in basic math and measurement.
- Familiarity with basic business computer applications and mobile device applications.
- Must be able to read and write in English to accurately identify packing information, follow work instructions, and QA alerts.
