Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator/Stand-Up Forklift Driver to join their team. As a vital part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of customer materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator/Stand-Up Forklift Driver

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate small and large respooling machines to convert inventory into customer products.
• Handle, process, and ship customer materials efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain operational excellence by adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Assist with forklift operations to move materials within the warehouse.
• Support team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
